Legal basis for processing

The personal data of users who consult the website www.protocolsproject.eu are processed by ORAS for the performance of activities within the framework, and for the purposes provided for by the project "European Training on innovative Restorative Protocols for clinical and technological changeable" (PROTOCOLS). The execution of the contract and consent are the legal bases that, depending on the data processing carried out on the aforementioned site will be pursued.


Types of data and purposes of processing

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by their very nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This data category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and IT environment. This data is used for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to check its proper functioning and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: without prejudice to this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.

Data voluntarily provided by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered in the letter. The data voluntarily provided by the user is processed for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were provided and, will be processed by employees or collaborators of ORAS "authorized to process". In any case, the processing will always take place with respect for the fundamental rights and freedoms of the persons concerned.

Communication to third parties

The processing of the data collected following the consultation of the www.protocolsproject.eu site is carried out by Fabvla s.r.l. designated by ORAS, in accordance with Article 28 of the Regulation, responsible for the processing for the provision of development and maintenance services of the aforementioned site. Navigation data, such as IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, addresses in Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, request time and other parameters related to the user's operating system and IT environment are not sent, neither anonymously to any third party company.

Social channels

For the dissemination of the activities of the project "European Training on innovative Restorative Protocols for clinical and technological changeable" (PROTOCOLS) will be used the social media LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and You tube. ORAS does not manage or retain information exchanged with individual channels. The Facebook page of the protocols project receives periodically through the service "Facebook Insight", activated by Facebook unilaterally, statistical data deriving from the navigation of the page by visitors and concerning information such as: country, city, sex, interests, age groups in aggregate and anonymous form. Rights of data subjects

Interested parties have the right to obtain from ORAS, in the cases provided for, access to personal data and the rectification or deletion of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (Art 15-22 CHAPTER III of the EU General Regulation 2016/679). Right of complaint

Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referred to them carried out through this site takes place in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as required by art. 77 of the Rules of Procedure itself, or to bring the matter before the appropriate courts (Article 79 of the Rules of Procedure).
